Exchange/ Return Policy

All Products provided by ICON Eyewear are supplied with a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any defects or faults that may have occurred during the manufacturing process.

If a Product has been supplied incorrectly, the Product can be returned to ICON Eyewear within 30 days for a correct replacement.

If the Product has been ordered incorrectly, and the customer wishes to exchange it, the Product can be returned to ICON Eyewear within 30 days for exchange provided the product is in it's original untampered/ unworn condition.

In the event that the customer changes their mind before shipment of the goods, a refund can be issued less the cost of shipping.

In the event that the customer changes their mind after shipment of the goods, a refund can be issued AFTER the return of the items less the cost of shipping.

Please note: Shipping is not included in the refund. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any returns and product exchanges.

All returns must be UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL CONDITION.
